These Terms & Conditions govern your use of digistylemantra.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from DigiStyleMantra ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. General Information & Liability
Who can use the Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your email address, which is where we deliver your license key.
Our products
- We sell digital software license keys and related digital products. Nothing is shipped physically.
- Each product page states the product, edition, license type (for example Retail or OEM), the number of devices covered and the activation method. Please read it before buying and check that your computer meets the software's requirements.
- Unless the product page says otherwise, a license key may be activated on one device only.
- We try to keep product information accurate, but descriptions, images and prices may contain errors; we may correct them at any time.
Prices, taxes and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown as inclusive of applicable taxes unless the checkout states otherwise.
- The price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed.
- We issue a GST tax invoice by email. To have your business details on it, enter your GSTIN, company name and address at checkout, before paying.
Delivery, cancellation, replacement and refund
Licenses are delivered digitally by email — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Because a key cannot be taken back once revealed, cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account and acceptable use
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use; you are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to resell or share a key in breach of its license terms, use the Website unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or in breach of these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you use it at your own risk. Software is supplied by third-party publishers; we are not responsible for how it performs on your equipment beyond our replacement and refund commitments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or data.
2. Copyright & Trademarks
The design, text, graphics, logos and other original content of the Website belong to DigiStyleMantra or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or sell them without our written permission.
Product names, logos and trademarks, including Microsoft, Windows and Office, belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell; this does not mean the owners endorse or are affiliated with us. Software you buy is licensed to you by its publisher under the publisher's own license agreement, which you must follow.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Website on the date you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly.
