About Windows 7
Windows 7 reached the end of its support on 14 January 2020 and has not received security fixes since. Running it online today carries real risk, and many modern programs no longer support it. We do not list Windows 7 keys; the pages below show the supported options we do sell. Start from Windows license keys.
- Windows 7 support ended in January 2020
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 keys in stock
- Guidance on upgrading older PCs
- 10-day replacement guarantee
Your supported options
- Windows 11 — for PCs with a supported processor, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
- Windows 10 — for older hardware; check our system requirements first.
Very old PCs may need a hardware refresh to run a supported Windows comfortably — ask us and we will tell you honestly what your machine can run.
A supported, genuine Windows
A current Windows key gives you modern security, driver and app support, and a perpetual license for one PC. Delivery is by email delivery (usually within minutes, always within 24 hours of payment), covered by our 10-day replacement guarantee.

Windows 7 — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell Windows 7 keys?
No. Windows 7 has been out of support since January 2020, so we recommend Windows 10 or Windows 11 instead.
Can an old Windows 7 PC run Windows 10 or 11?
Many can run Windows 10; Windows 11 needs newer hardware (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot). Contact us with your PC's model and we will advise.
Will I lose my files when I move from Windows 7?
A clean install erases the drive, so back up first. Some PCs can upgrade in place and keep files; back up either way.
Which key should I buy to replace Windows 7?
Windows 11 if the PC supports it, otherwise Windows 10 Pro. Our system requirements guide helps you decide.
