Windows 11 Home License Key
About Windows 11
Windows 11 is the current version of Microsoft's operating system and the one we recommend for any computer that meets its hardware baseline. A Windows 11 license key activates it permanently on one PC, whether you are doing a clean install or upgrading from Windows 10. This page is part of our wider Windows license keys range.
- Windows 11 Home and Windows 11 Pro keys
- Perpetual license — no subscription
- Works for clean installs and in-place upgrades
- TPM 2.0 / Secure Boot ready systems
- Activation guide included
- 10-day replacement guarantee
Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro?
The two editions share the same modern interface; the difference is in the tools around it.
- Choose Home for personal use — study, entertainment, family PCs and gaming. It is the most affordable route to a fully genuine Windows 11: Windows 11 Home License Key.
- Choose Pro if you need BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop hosting, Hyper-V, Windows Sandbox, Group Policy or the ability to join a company domain: Windows 11 Pro License Key.
Moving a Home PC to Pro later is possible with a Pro key, but buying the right edition first saves a step. Our Windows editions explained guide compares them side by side.

Will my PC run Windows 11?
Windows 11 needs a 64-bit processor (1 GHz or faster, two or more cores) on Microsoft's supported list, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, UEFI firmware with Secure Boot, a TPM 2.0 chip, a DirectX 12-capable graphics card and a 720p display. Most PCs from roughly 2018 onward qualify. You can verify yours with Microsoft's PC Health Check, and the full list is in our Windows system requirements guide. If your PC falls short, the Windows 10 keys are the alternative — though Windows 10 no longer receives mainstream support.
From key to activated Windows
- Open Settings → System → Activation.

Upgrading from Windows 10 first? Follow Upgrade to Windows 11. If you see an error code, the Windows 11 activation troubleshooting guide and Windows troubleshooting resolve most cases — and our team is on hand if not.
Windows 11 — Frequently Asked Questions
Is Windows 11 Home enough, or do I need Pro?
Home is enough for personal use. Choose Pro if you need BitLocker, Remote Desktop hosting, Hyper-V, Group Policy or domain join — typically for work, development or small-business use.
Can I upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11?
Yes, if the PC meets the Windows 11 requirements. You can upgrade in place without losing files, then activate with your Windows 11 key. Our upgrade guide walks you through it.
Does my PC need TPM 2.0 for Windows 11?
Yes. Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, plus a supported 64-bit processor. Check with Microsoft's PC Health Check before buying.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase and a perpetual license for one PC — there is nothing to renew.
How quickly will I receive the key?
By email, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours of payment, with an activation walkthrough.
What is covered by the replacement guarantee?
If a key does not activate and we cannot fix it together, we replace it within 10 days of purchase. See our refund and replacement policy for the details.
