DigiStyleMantra sells digital software, so nothing is sent by courier. This policy explains how your license key reaches you, how long it takes and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Digital Software Delivery
- By email: your license key (or download link) and activation instructions are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- On your account: once an order is delivered, the key also appears under My Orders when you sign in, together with your GST tax invoice.
- On WhatsApp, on request: if email is a problem, message us at +91-9315681020 with your order number and we will help.
- Timeline: most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of payment. Products delivered by our team are sent within 24 hours, usually much sooner during support hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST).
2. Physical Product Shipping
We do not ship physical products. There are no boxes, discs or courier deliveries — every product is a digital license or download. If we ever offer a physical item, its shipping details will be shown clearly on that product page before you pay.
3. Shipping Charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including applicable taxes.
4. Order Tracking
Because delivery is digital there is no courier tracking number. You can follow your order in two places: the confirmation email we send when payment succeeds, and My Orders in your account, which shows whether each item is delivered or still being prepared.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery can occasionally take longer because of things outside our control, such as a delay in bank or payment-gateway confirmation, email-provider problems or an issue at the software publisher. If your key has not arrived:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Sign in and look in My Orders — the key may already be shown there.
- Allow up to 24 hours for products that are delivered manually.
- Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we will resend it or fix the problem straight away.
Orders that fail at the payment stage are not delivered, and any amount debited is returned by your bank (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your email address before paying — it is where your key is sent. If a key went to a wrong or mistyped address, contact us quickly: we will verify the order and, where we can, re-send the key to the correct address. We cannot be responsible for a key delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we will always try to help.
