Digital software licenses are delivered instantly after successful payment, via email and/or WhatsApp.

In case of any delay due to technical reasons, the license key will be delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours during working hours.

If you do not receive your license within the mentioned timeframe, kindly contact us immediately with your order ID.
2. Physical Product Shipping

Orders for physical software or other physical items are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
